In 2007, Rev. Row founded a bricks and mortar church service, A.D.T.’s Sunday Soul Service in Decatur, Georgia. A.D.T. has also supplied diapers and clothing for Atlanta’s Women Day Shelter; every day need items to the United Way Shoe Box Campaign, and support to individuals in need. Additionally, programs of interest include A.D.T.’s Good Friday Service: 7 Words & 7 Women and a wonderful annual High Tea at the Ritz Carlton and Mary Macs Tea Room. In September 2012, The Kairos Institute for Progressive Spiritual Study was born. Developed by Rev. Row, the mission of the Institute is to educate Spiritual Practitioners and Ministers called to the path of Ordination, and to encourage women in the pulpit. Following her love of reading, writing and years as a contributing editor and columnist for a national woman’s magazine, Rev. Row authored the book “THE DIG! 101 Questions in Consciousness.” This book was designed to aid Thought Seekers in understanding, expanding and creating a grander vision of themselves through the process of personal inquiry.

In addition to pastoral duties, Rev. Row runs the Maximum Life Group's Breakthrough coaching and consulting firm. She has been a private empowerment coach for over 15 years, consulting with both entrepreneurs and clients looking to maximize effectiveness in their “thoughts, world and affairs.”

A well-loved key note speaker, Rev. Row has brought her message of transformation to symposiums, workshops and pulpits. She has been honored with many awards including:
